Start with the questions Employers and Freelancers ask most often.
What is Wurklynk?
Wurklynk is a Nigerian marketplace that connects Employers with skilled Freelancers, making it easier to discover Jobs, compare Bids and choose the right person for the work.
How do I access and secure my Account?
Sign in to access an existing Account, or sign up to create one. If you forget your password, request a secure reset link from the sign-in page. Use a unique password and never share your sign-in details or verification codes.
How do I post a Job?
Create an Account, describe the work, location, timing and budget, then publish the Job so suitable Freelancers can discover it and send a Bid.
How do I find, edit or close a Job?
Freelancers can browse open Jobs. Employers can post Jobs and manage them from My Jobs: open a Job to edit it before its terms are locked, or close it when it should stop accepting Bids.
How do I find a Freelancer?
Browse public Freelancer profiles, or post a Job and compare the profiles, Bids, ratings and experience of the Freelancers who respond.
How do Freelancers submit Bids?
A Freelancer opens a suitable Job, reviews the details and sends one Bid explaining their approach and price. An Employer can then compare every Bid before making a Selection.
How and when do Freelancers get paid?
Where payments are enabled, provider-confirmed funding secures the agreed price. The recorded delivery and review process precedes release. A released payment first reaches the Freelancer Wallet; a separate quoted withdrawal sends available money to a bank. The minimum bank amount is ₦1,000, and the Wallet must also cover its transfer fee.
Read fees, refunds and timingHow does Verification work?
Nigerian Freelancers use the Basic NIN check through QoreID/VerifyMe with their saved legal name and NIN-record address. Successful matching and adult-eligibility checks can approve automatically. Missing, mismatched or inconclusive results may need a retry or Staff review; the verification screen shows the next action. Employers do not currently require a Wurklynk NIN check or a routine verification phone call. Verification is a limited identity check, not proof of skills, safety or Work quality. Do not email NIN values or identity documents.

What happens if something goes wrong?
Keep the Job details and conversation on Wurklynk, then use the dispute support available from the relevant Work page so the agreed terms can be reviewed.
General enquiries have no guaranteed response time. Keep your sent email and follow up in the same thread with the relevant Work or receipt reference.
For formal complaints, we aim to acknowledge within two working days, allow five working days for a response and evidence, and decide within ten working days once the necessary information is available. We give weekly updates if delayed. You may request another finance-team reviewer within five working days of the decision. A missed target does not automatically forfeit anyone's rights.
Complaint and review processHow do ratings and reviews work?
After completed work, Employers and Freelancers can leave an honest review. Reviews help future marketplace participants make better-informed choices.
